Changing your mind
For eligible online purchases, tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. You then have a further 14 days to send them back. You do not need to give a reason. Email info@veroaksupply.com or use our cancellation form.
Returning items
Contact us for the return instructions and address. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. Keep them safe and package them securely. A deduction may be made for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Change-of-mind return postage is your responsibility where disclosed before purchase; we cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect goods.
Refunds
For a cancelled order, we refund the goods and the least expensive standard outward delivery charge offered. An express-delivery upgrade is not refundable merely because you change your mind. Refunds use the original payment method without a refund fee and are made within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence of posting, whichever is earlier.
Faulty or incorrect goods
Your statutory rights remain in place, including the short-term right to reject qualifying faulty goods and rights to repair, replacement or refund as applicable. Sale items have the same statutory protections. Contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy.
